Updating address book
Any time a carrier or other regulated entity changes its name or address, or other details in their record, they should update their US DOT and operating authority record with FMCSA in a timely manner.
In addition, FMCSA requires all entities under its jurisdiction to update their information every two years: US DOT Numbers: To view a company’s current information, go to the SAFER System’s Company Snapshot.
To change the default setting for the File As field use: The Full Name setting doesn’t play a role in the sorting order for the Outlook Address Book.
It is however used as a display field for your Contacts folder and can also be used in a Mail Merge.

If I blow out their profile and re-sync they get current / new addresses, however, if a user is added they are not updated. The 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Exchange OAB' folder is showing not updated in a month. check whether OAB is properly generated on the server.
